We’re excited to announce our upcoming EMP-HI General Meeting, featuring a virtual presentation from NASA’s Dr. Julie Rolla on the Disaster Response Coordination System (DRCS). 

🔭 Featured Speaker: Dr. Julie Rolla, NASA Jet Propulsion Laboratory

Dr. Rolla is the Lead Disaster Coordinator for NASA JPL and a key partner in the Disaster Response Coordination System, which connects satellite Earth observation data with emergency response needs across Hawai‘i and the Pacific. Her work helps emergency managers assess power outages, flooding, vegetation loss, and more — using real-time NASA data and public mapping tools.
